Shipping / Delivery

All our products are sent from our warehouse in Germany. All shipments have online tracking. You can see the dispatch time and the approximate delivery period at checkout.

The shipping costs are added during checkout, based on your selection. From an order value of £100 the Standard shipping costs are free.

Shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from Germany, so you don't have to pay any customs fees (20% UK VAT included).

Please note that we require both a UK Shipping and Billing Address to accept your order.
