High-quality Swiss solution
At our main plant in Sennwald, cutting-edge technology meets traditional shoemaking craftsmanship.
Swiss location as a promise of quality
The groundbreaking idea for the air-cushion technology was developed by the Swiss movement scientist Karl Müller III in South Korea. It quickly became clear, however, that kybun wanted to return to its roots. Today, the majority of kybun shoes are manufactured in Sennwald in the St. Gallen Rhine Valley.
Strong ties to Italy
The kybun shoe was originally manufactured in Montebelluna in northern Italy until the supply and logistics chains could be established in Switzerland. The Italian connection, however, is no coincidence: it forms the perfect bridge between Swiss precision and Italian design. To this day, the factory in northern Italy remains of great importance to kybun, as shoes are still produced there.
