    Return and order a new kybun mat of your choice

    Send the kybun test standing mat back in the original box and order a new mat in your desired size and thickness. To do this, fill out the return form. The deposit as well as the processing fee will be credited towards your new kybun standing mat. Please note that shipping costs will apply for returns.

  • Option 2

    Keep kybun trial standing mat

    Are you completely satisfied and would like to keep your kybun trial standing mat? In this case, you don’t have to do anything else. We’ll keep the processing fee and deposit — you keep the kybun standing mat.

  • Option 3

    Return and get your deposit back

    Send the kybun test standing mat back in the original box and have the deposit credited to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs will apply.

Warranty services

No warranty services can be granted for kybun test standing mats. This also applies if you keep the standing mat after the test phase.

Used kybun test standing mats

The kybun test standing mat is a rental product. Therefore, you may receive a previously used mat. Since we place great importance on hygiene, we professionally clean and disinfect each mat before it reaches the next customer.

Cleaning

Everyday mishaps happen quickly – we understand that. Should the fabric cover of the mat be soiled, we ask that you wash it in the washing machine at 40 degrees before returning it.

Refund of your deposit

If you return the kybun test standing mat, we will of course refund your deposit. This will be done within approximately 5 working days after we receive the standing mat. Important return information: Please use the original box and note that shipping costs will apply.

Return policy

The kybun test standing mat must be returned in its original box within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs will apply. If this deadline is exceeded, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
